1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bexley have on 1st October 2018 made the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49, 51 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Section 8 of and Part I of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985.
2. The general effect of the Bexley (Erith Town Centre) (Parking Places) (Amendment No. I) Traffic Order 2018 would be to amend the Bexley (Erith Town Centre) (Parking Places) Traffic Order 2018 to revise the extents of the existing zone in Stonewood Road so that part of that road can be included in the Restricted Parking Zone mentioned below.
3. The general effect of the Bexley (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Amendment No. 16) Traffic Order 2018 would be to amend the Bexley (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Traffic Order 2017 to amend the extents of no waiting and no loading at any time restrictions on Stonewood Road so that similar restrictions can be included in the Restricted Parking Zone mentioned below
4. The general effect of the Bexley (Erith Station Restricted Parking Zone) Traffic Order 2018 would be to introduce a Restricted Parking Zone at Stonewood Road in the vicinity of the railway station. The RPZ includes parking places operating 8am to 7pm on all days, waiting limited to 20 minutes, no return within 1 hour, and parking places for taxis operating at anytime.
4. Copies of the Orders which become operational on 8th October 2018, the Bexley (Erith Town Centre) (Parking Places) Traffic Order 2018 and the Bexley (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Traffic Order 2017 (and any Orders that have amended those Orders), the Council's Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Orders and plans which indicate the roads to which the Orders relate can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at the Contact Centre, 2 Watling Street, Bexleyheath, Kent DA6 7AT

6. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not made within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under has not been complied with in relation to the Order may make application for the purpose to the High Court before the expiration of 6 weeks from the date on which the Order is made.

2. The general effect of the Bexley (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Amendment No xx) Traffic Order 2018 would be to:-

Carlton Road, Welling. Copeswood Close, Sidcup. Colyers Lane, Erith. Dovedale Close, Welling. Ellenborough Road, Sidcup Franklin Road, Bexleyheath. Glenhurst Avenue, Bexley Haddon Gove, Sidcup. Honiton Road, Welling. Hurst Road, Bexley. Hurstwood Avenue, Bexleyheath. Norman Road, Slade Green. Normandy Way, Erith. Northend Road, Erith. Orchard Road, Welling. Orion Crescent, Bexleyheath. Peareswood Road, Erith. Pinnacle Hill North, Bexleyheath. Radnor Avenue, Welling. Spring Vale, Bexleyheath. Tyrrell Avenue, Welling. Venners Close, Bexleyheath. Wickham Street, Welling.
(b)Revoke length of At anytime' no waiting restrictions in: Parkhill Road, Bexley
3. Copies of the proposed Order, the corresponding Parent Order (and the Orders that have amended that Order); the Council's Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order and plans which indicate the length of roads to which the Order relates can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at the Contact Centre, 2 Watling Street, Bexleyheath, Kent DA6 7AT

6. Any person desiring to object to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objections and the grounds thereof, to the London Borough of Bexley, Traffic Services, Civic Offices, 2 Watling Street, Bexleyheath, Kent DA6 7AT or by email to traffic@bexley.gov.uk within 21 days of the date of this Notice.
7. Persons objecting to the proposed Order should be aware that this Council would be legally obliged to make any comment received in response to this Notice, open to public inspection.
