PUBLIC NOTICE (Licensing Act 2003)

Take notice that Lookers Pic has applied to Braintree District Council under the Licensing Act 2003 for a premises licence in respect of the premises Lookers BP Service Station 142 Rayne  Road Braintree CM72QS A brief description of the proposed application is as follows:
The supply of alcohol for off the premises & open to the public 0600 to 0000 hours Monday to Sunday and late night refreshment Monday to Sunday 2300 to 0000.

The full application can be inspected at the Licensing Authority at the below address in normal office hours. Other persons or responsible authorities can make written representations to the Licensing Unit, Causeway House Bockng End Braintree CM7 9HB by the 21st June 2017. It is an offence liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
