Town and Country Planning (Hearings Procedure) (England) Rules 2000, as Amended
Notice is hereby given that a hearing into the Proposed Extension of Yard Associated with Existing Waste Transfer Station, at Grove House Yard, Tewkesbury Road, Upton-upon-Severn, Worcestershire, WR8 0PW will be held at Ripple Parish Hall, School Lane, Ripple, Tewkesbury, GL20 6EU on Wednesday 26 April 2017at 10:00am.
The appeal falls to be determined by an Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State under Schedule 6 to the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
The Inspector currently nominated to hold the
