Addition Of Footpaths Bm-682 And Bm-683, Bromsgrove Modification Order 2022

On 21st July 2022 the County Council Confirmed the above order without modification.
The effect of the Order as confirmed is to modify the definitive map and statement for the area by addition of:

BM-682
Commencing at the termination of U21346 School Drive and after its junction with U21377 Oakhurst Drive at Ordnance Survey Grid Reference (OSGR) SO 9629 7100. The path runs in a north­easterly direction for 282 metres to its junction with footpath BM-683 at OSGR SO 9654 7114. The footpath then curves in a south-easterly direction for 40 metres to terminate at a point near the vehicular entrance to North Bromsgrove High School and Heart of Worcestershire College at OSGR SO 9657 7112.

BM-683 Commencing at its junction with BM-682 at OSGR SO 9654 7114, the path runs in a northerly direction for 24 metres, terminating partway across a bridge over a culvert at its junction with footpath
BM-546 at OSGR SO 9654 7116.

The total length of the footpath is 356 metres. A copy of the order and the order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at Bromsgrove Library, Parkside, Market Street, Bromsgrove B61 8DA, during normal opening hours. The Order becomes operative on 21st July 2022 but if a person aggrieved by the Order-wants to question its validity, on the grounds that it is not within the power of Section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 or that any requirements of Schedule 15 to the Act have not been complied with in relation to it, they may under paragraph 12 of the Schedule 15 to the Act, within 42 days from the date of publication of this Notice, make an application for the purpose to the High Court.
