Section 257 Diversion Order 2022

1. The above Order was confirmed on the 16th September 2022. The effect of the Order will be to divert the public footpath situated between A (OS Coordinates SO 79422 06819) and C (OS Coordinates SO 79420 06720) which measures approximately 100 metres long and unknown width shall be diverted between points A (OS Coordinates SO 79422 06819) and B (OS Coordinates SO 79478 06790) measuring approximately 65 metres long and approximately 1.5 metres wide and shown on the Order plan.

4. This Order was confirmed on the 16'" September 2022 but if any person aggrieved by the Order desires to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Town and Country Planning Act (TCPA) 1990, or on the ground that any requirement of the TCPA 1990 has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the Order, they may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under Section 287 of the TCPA 1990 within 6 weeks from the date on which notice is first published as required by paragraph 7 of Schedule 14 to the TCPA 1990.
