In accordance with Regulation 30 of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 (as amended), Cherwell District Council hereby notify that planning permission was refused for application 21/03177/F on the 15 July 2022 and the application was accompanied by an EIA.
