(Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No. 26) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given Colchester Borough Council acting on behalf of the North Essex Parking Partnership in exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an Agreement dated 1 July 2022 proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(1), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49 and 53 and Parts III and IV of schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order: To introduce double red lines (No Stopping At Any Time) in the District of Braintree in the following locations: on both sides of Horizon Boulevard; on both sides of Hawking Drive; on both sides of Franklin Gate; on both sides of Rontgen Place; on both sides of Turing Court; on both sides of Rutherford Park; on both sides of Edison Way and on both sides of Whittle End. This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by inserting TL730 205; TL730 202; TL735 205; TL735 202; TL735 200 at revision 0.
Further Details: A copy of the proposed Order with plans showing the specified lengths of roads, a Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Orders and a copy of the Order to be amended may be inspected at https:// nepp.essexworkstraffweb.org.uk/consult/main.html (BDC26) or at http://www1.parkingpartnership.org/north/ policies-troproposals. Documents can be made available for inspection 8.30am-5.30pm Mon-Thurs and 8.30am-5pm on Friday at Essex County Council, County Hall E block main reception, Market Road, Chelmsford if so required following the current social distancing restrictions.

(Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.17) (Part 2) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Orders under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49, 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act
1984.
Effect of the orders on roads within the District of Braintree:
1. To implement 'Loading Only 20 minutes No Return Within 20 Minutes': restrictions on the east side of Fairfield Road: From a point approximately 4.5 metres north from the property boundaries of 4 & 6 Fairfield Road, south east for approximately 15 metres.

2. To implement 'No Stopping at any Time except Taxis' restrictions on the south side of Manor Street:
i. From a point in line with the property boundaries of numbers 13/15 Manor Street, west for approximately 16.85 metres.
ii. From a point approximately 38.75 metres west from the property boundaries of 13/15 Manor Street, west for approximately 26 metres.

3. To implement 'No Stopping at any Time except Ambulances' restrictions on the south side of Manor Street: From a point 29.85 metres west from the property boundaries of 13/15 Manor Street, west for approximately 8.9 metres.

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting tile numbers TL755 227 and TL755 230 Revision 3 to Revision 4.
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 19 August 2022.

Application to the high court: Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.

(Church Hill/Church Street, Kelvedon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Hill/Church Street, Kelvedon in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 75m north west of the junction with Thorne Road for a distance of approximately 100m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th September 2022 for 3 nights (23:59-06:00) then again 23rd September for 3 nights (23:59-06:00) and finally 30 October for 1 night (01:00-06:00), or where stated on a valid permit (KL731LTN1-41-57-160922/KL731LTN1-47-57-301022 - Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while level crossing renewal works are undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd. An alternative route is available via Church Street, High Street, London Road, A12, Roman Road, A12 to Westbound Slip From A12 To Witham, Colemans Bridge, Colchester Road, Southbound Slip To Witham From A12, Newland Street, Avenue Road, Collingwood Road, Braintree Road, Cressing Road, Witham Road, Temple Lane, Western Road, Parkgate Road, Hollow Road, Church Hill or Church Hill, Hollow Road, Parkgate Road, Western Road, Boars Tye Road, Lanham Green Road, Ashes Road, Long Green, Cressing Road, Braintree Road, Avenue Road, Newland Street, Colchester Road, A12, Oak Road, Henry Dixon Road, Braxted Road, Braxted Park Road, Madon Road, Kelvedon Road, Inworth Road, Feering Hill, High Street and Church Street.
The Order will come into effect on 25th August 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Hollow Road, Kelvedon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hollow Road, Kelvedon in the District of Braintree from a point approximately 910m south east of its junction with Woodhouse Lane for a distance of approximately 180m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 30th August 2022 for 1 day or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS438862A - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one. network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Parkgate Road, Park Road, Church Road, Oak Road, A12, London Road, Roman Road, A12, Kelvedon Bypass, High Street, Church Street, Church Hill, Hollow Road or Hollow Road, Church Street, London Road, A12, London Road, Henry Dixon Road, Oak Road, Church Road, Park Road, Parkgate Road and Hollow Road.
The Order came into effect on 11th August 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Mill Lane, Witham)

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Mill Lane, Witham in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Hollybank to its junction with Orchards a distance of approximately 70m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 4th September 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ7011001163293 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one. network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Cadent.
An alternative route is available via Mill Lane, Guithavon Road, Highfields Road, Spinks Lane, Bridge Street, Newland Street and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 11th August 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Water Lane, Stisted) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Water Lane, Stisted in the District of Braintree, from its junction with The Street for a distance of approximately 180m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 31st August 2022 for 1 day or where stated on a valid permit (AD037RO60647624/1 -Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while manhole cover replacement works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via Water Lane, The Street, Kings Lane, A120 from J A131/b1256 to J B1024 North of Coggeshall, Coggeshall Road, Bridge Hall Road and vice versa (with access only into Water Lane). The Order came into effect on 11th August 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
