NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application(s) have been made to the Flintshire County Council in respect of the above legislation.
064429 - Proposed rear extensions, relocation of main entrance and reinstatement of front low level boundary wall at Church Gate Cottage, Church Road, and Northop (This development affects the setting of a Listed Building within a Conservation Area). A copy of the application, plans and other documents may be inspected by members of the public until 1st July 2022 on our website at

Notice Of Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic Order
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14
Various Roads In Flintshire Various
Flintshire County Council has made an Order which will prohibit any vehicles from proceeding in any of the following roads:
1. A549 Mold Road, between its junctions with Springfield Drive and Park Avenue
2. Burntwood Road, between its junctions with Drury Lane and Woodlands Drive
3. A548 Westbound Dual Carriageway, between its junctions with Tenth Avenue Roundabout and Kelsterton interchange
4. A548 Eastbound Dual Carriageway, between its junctions with Kelsterton Interchange and Tenth Avenue roundabout
The reason for the closures is to facilitate Carriageway Resurfacing and associated works by Flintshire county Council; Streetscene & Transportation.
The alternative routes for vehicles will be advertised on site by the use of prescribed signs.
The Order comes into force on the 13 June 2022, or as soon as possible thereafter. It is anticipated that the roads will be closed for 3 weeks, or until the earlier completion of the works, subject to a maximum period of eighteen months. A B/FCC (TTRO) 043276

Notice Of Making The Flintshire County Council (Ffordd Eldon, Soughton) (Prohibition Of Driving) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that on the 7th June 2022, The Flintshire County Council ("the Council") made an Order under Section 1 (1) (d) and (f) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be:
1. To prohibit any vehicle from entering or leaving Ffordd Eldon,
Soughton at its south easterly junction with Vownog Newydd For the purposes of this Order, 'Ffordd Eldon' - Shall mean the service road that is between Vownog Newydd and Ffordd Eldon adjacent to Lavender View.
Should you wish to view a copy of this Notice, the Order which will come into operation on the 10th June 2022, together with a plan showing the length of road to which the Order relates and a statement of the Council's reasons for the making of the Order it is advisable that you view them on our website at
