SCC Property has applied to Surrey County Council for planning permission for Excavation of soil and engineering works to construct two drainage swales to the north and south of the School playing field to connect with the existing ditch to the east of the School sits, with associated bridge and crossing point. The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the application is situated.
