Hysbysir trwy hyn, yn unol a Pharagraff 8, Rhan 2 Atodlen Rheoliadau Adnoddau Dw'r CDarpariaethau Trosiannol) 2017 fod cais wedi cael ei wneud i Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru gan Associated British Ports i drwyddedu gwaith tynnu dw"r oedd yn esempt yn flaenorol. Mae'r cais ar gyfer trwydded lawn i dynnu dw'r o Afon Ebwy yng Nghyfeirnodau Grid Cenedlaethol ST 27864 86985 yng Nghored Basaleg, Casnewydd. Y cynnig yw tynnu dw'r i gyflenwi dociau Casnewydd, drwy'r flwyddyn.

Water Resources (Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2017

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Paragraph 8 Part 2 of the Schedule to the Water Resources (Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2017 that an application has been made to Natural Resources Wales by Associated British Ports to licence a previously exempt abstraction. The application is for a full licence to abstract water from the River Ebbw at National Grid Reference ST 27864 86985 at Bassaleg Weir, Newport. The proposal is to abstract water to supply the Newport docks, all year.
