Hysbysir trwy hyn, yn unol ag Adran 37 Deddf Adnoddau Dwr 1991 a Rheoliad 6 Rheoliadau Adnoddau Dwr (Tynnu a Chronni Dwr) 2006 i gais gael ei wneud i Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru gan Elliott (Agriculture) Limited am drwydded lawn i dynnu dwr o 'Kinnerton Sandstone Formation aquifer' yng Nghyfeirnod Grid Cenedlaethol SJ 37452 47358 yn Black Rock Farm Poultry Unit, Cross Lanes, Wrexham. Y cynnig yw tynnu dwr yn 61 y cyfraddau a'r cyfnodau canlynol i'w defnyddio mewn pwmp gwres ffynhonnell daear: 30 metr ciwbig yr awr, 540 metr ciwbig y dydd a 103,109 metr ciwbig y flwyddyn, drwy'r flwyddyn.

Full Abstraction
Water Resources Act 1991 (as amended by the Water Act 2003)
Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006 that an application has been made to Natural Resources Wales by Elliott (Agriculture) Limited for a full licence to abstract water from the Kinnerton Sandstone Formation aquifer at National Grid Reference SJ 37452 47358 at Black Rock Farm Poultry Unit, Cross Lanes, Wrexham. The proposal is to abstract water at the following rates and periods for use in a ground source heat pump: 30 cubic metres an hour, 540 cubic metres a day and 103,109 cubic metres a year, all year.
