Applicant(s) Mr M Rist and Mrs T Rist have applied to West Dorset District Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the Premises known as J. B'S KIOSK, and situate at 2 THE MOUND, WEST BAY, BRIDPORT. and propose to carry on the following activities:- Sale of Alcohol both on and off the premises, Monday to Sunday from 08:00 hours to 23:00 hours

Responsible Authorities or any other person may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application to the Licensing Authority but these must be submitted between 22nd January 2015 and 18th February 2015.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 of the standard scale (£5000, January 2005).
