The Bexley (Bexley Station) (Parking Places) (Amendment No.XX) Traffic Order 2019

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bexley propose to make the above mentioned Traffic Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Section 8 of and Part I of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985 and all other enabling powers.



2. The general effect of the above-mentioned Amendment Orders would be to amend the Bexley (Bexley Station) (Parking Places) Traffic Order 2018, to remove a section of existing resident and visitor permit user parking place in front of No. 40 Albert Road, Bexley. This parking bay which currently operates between 9am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday will be replaced with a single yellow line restriction of Monday to Friday between I Oam and I lam.



3. Copies of the proposed Order; the corresponding Parent Order (and any Orders that have amended that Order), the Council's statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order, and maps which indicates the length of road to which the Order relates, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at the Contact Centre, Civic Offices, 2 Watling Street, Bexleyheath, Kent DA67AT

5. Any person desiring to object to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds thereof to the London Borough of Bexley, Traffic Services, 2 Watling Street, Bexleyheath, Kent DA6 7AT or by email to

within twenty-one days of this Notice.



6. Persons objecting to the proposed Order should be aware that this Council would be legally obliged to make any comment received in response to this Notice, open to public inspection.
