APPLICATION FOR Proposed new Hoist Dock for Fairline Yachts

Notice is hereby given that Mr Mike Batty, Fairline Yachts LTD, Unit 2, Hythe Marine Park, Shore Road, Hythe, Southampton, S045 6HE has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake works to add a new hoist dock to launch and recover new yachts. Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at the gate house to Hythe Marine Park which is manned 24 hours a day

The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive
