Legendary RnB act Sister Sledge will headline a stellar line-up of soul, disco and funk as part of the South Facing Festival held in Crystal Palace this summer.
Taking place in the iconic Crystal Palace Bowl on Sunday, August 6, the disco queens will headline Temptation, London’s biggest outdoor, all-day party which is part of the South Facing concert series.
Expect to hear their iconic hits such as We Are Family and Lost in Music.
DJs Greg Wilson, Norman Jay MBE will get behind the decks to play some of the bests disco and funk tracks around, and punters can also hear the uplifting sounds of House Gospel Choir on the day as well.
These acts will be joined by special guests who are yet to be announced.
South Facing Festival is Crystal Palace Bowl’s annual summer open-air concert series that features a mix of artists and musicians across multiple genres.
This year, Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds, Primal Scream, Jesus and Mary Chain, Happy Mondays and Sweden’s First Aid Kit will also perform at the festival which is held across various dates in August.
