A new pastry shop in Covent Garden has created limited edition, decadent and indulgent sweet treats for Easter.
If the doughnuts from Donutelier - the "world's first doughnut atelier" - weren't gluttonous enough, the boushie purveyors of delicious sweet dough has launched a range of new doughnuts for Easter celebrations.
The term doughnuts is used loosely here, as the pastries are more ornate mini cakes or edible art than just your average jam doughnut. And the new range is no different.

Embellished with festive eggs nestled on top of each creation, the limited edition doughnuts are available to eat in or click and collect.
The range includes the Gianduja Chocolate Eggs doughnut, which has milk Chantilly and praline, a chocolate hazelnut crust and chocolate ganache nest and gianduja (a decadent mix of chocolate and hazelnut paste) flakes.
The Springtime Pistachio has Chantilly cream and pistachio varigato, a pistachio ganache nest and chocolate eggs, while the Easter Vanilla Dreams comes with Fleur de sel ganache, a white chocolate hazelnuts crust and vanilla cream nest with salted caramel and gianduja flakes.
Donutelier by Roladin has taken the intricate craftmanship of the world's greatest fashion ateliers and applying it to the beloved doughnut.
The boutique bakery and its team of pastry chefs will showcase each step of the doughnut masking and designing process.
Each of the doughnuts will be handmade and are so artfully decorated it seems almost a shame to eat them.
Customers can watch on as puffs of 'cloud dough' inflates into fluffy doughnuts, before being treated by the in-house pastry chefs.
Signature treats include the pistachio filled doughnut with Chantilly cream and marbled pistachio and topped with an almond sable, pistachio nibs and dried raspberries.
