CAVO has opened in the new Tottenham Court Road development, Outernet London, and has a pretty great soft launch offer to celebrate.
The Mediterranean restaurant, which opens today with its opening discount, takes its design and culinary cues from the summery European Med life, and comes with an open plan dining room and an outside terrace.

The menu speaks to the ocean and land's bounty, and divided into two sections - a seafood and raw bar, and grilled meats.
Tapas-style plates include lasagne crocante and baby fried squid with beetroot mayonnaise, as well as larger dishes such as seared scallops in champagne, garlic, chili and parsley butter; and Zuppa Di Cozze – a brothy mix of mussels, octopus, prawns, spiced up bread and langoustine.
There's also a four-course brunch, which starts with a glass of fizz on arrival, with oysters, followed by the likes of octopus with lobster-infused aioli or slow roasted lamb with potatoes and thyme, and Basque burnt cheesecake.
