Found in the heart of London's vibrant centre, Heritage Soho is the neighbourhood's original alpine-inspired restaurant, and a place for stylish celebrations...
Lead Image: Heritage Soho
Born out of a passion to recreate the taste of the Alps with ingredients sourced from British and Swiss artisan producers, kitchen and bar Heritage Soho serves up classic Alpine dishes and drinks with a contemporary twist.
The venue was awarded a Michelin plate in 2021, recognising the hard work of the Heritage Soho team, and their passion for and commitment to creating memorable dining experiences, which you can discover for yourself.
Centrally Located
A stone’s throw from Leicester Square and Piccadilly Tube stations, Heritage Soho is in the middle of the West End throng, surrounded by some of the capital’s best nightlife and must-see attractions.
Not far from theatreland and flanked by endless bars and clubs, the restaurant is ideally located if you're looking for a spot for pre-theatre dining or for a few drinks before a night on the town.
A La Carte Menu
Feast on iconic Alpine classics – fondue and raclette. You can also order a range of high-quality steaks in a variety of cuts, which are paired with rich sauces and jus such as blue cheese, peppercorn, bone marrow and Bèarnance.
You can also get stuck into other hearty dishes like breaded camembert, pan-friend trout and crispy duck breast.
Sensational Seafood
If you’re craving spectacular seafood dishes, Heritage’s seasonal menu boasts a strong selection of dishes in which fish and crustations are sublimely prepared.
This includes fresh oysters, served with a cabernet sauvignon sauce and tabasco, as well as mussels that come in a garlicky, white wine broth.
There’s also lobster, served several ways, so enjoy it however you like – whether that’s grilled, stuffed into a brioche bun, or as dumpling or as a rösti.
Pre-Theatre Dining
Heritage’s pre-theatre menu comes in two or three courses, which are served promptly and come with a complementary glass of wine, prosecco or beer.
Priced at £24 for two courses, or £27.50 for three, you have the choice to feast on the likes of steak tartare or truffle dumplings stuffed with house-made ricotta, as well as a traditional raclette plate or kale and cherry tomato spaetzle.
The menu is served Monday to Friday, 5pm-7pm.
Bottomless Brunch
For brunch fans, Heritage’s three course bottomless brunch is definitely something you’ll want to try, and comes with the star of all Swiss dishes, a cheese fondue.
Starters include a choice of three delicious röstis, which see a shallow fried pancake of freshly grated potato become the base for either a Benedict, royale or a Florentine topping – bacon, smoked trout or spinach topped with a poached egg and drizzled with hollandaise sauce.
Next, a cheese fondue made the traditional Swiss way - moitié-moitié, which means half and half.
Using a blend of Vacherin Fribourgeois and Gryère cheese sourced from Switzerland, this cheese-lovers dream comes served with sides of fresh baby potatoes, cubed ciabatta bread and picked cornichons which are all perfect for dipping.
Truffle fans can opt for a fondue which is infused with freshly ground truffle, and if you’re brunching on a Sunday you can go for a roast instead.
A chocolate fondue with strawberries, seasonal fruit and house-made marshmallows is the hero of Heritage’s dessert dishes, however there is a selection of European-style pastries and cakes such as the sticky toffee and caramel fondant or the black sesame strudel are equally delicious notes to end on.
You can make the brunch bottomless as well, with your choice of unlimited prosecco or cocktails, including Aperol spritz, bloody Marys and mimosas, or go for the luxury champagne upgrade for an indulgent treat.
The Bar
A great choice for after work drinks or for the start of a night, Heritage’s cocktail menu has been creatively crafted by its team of masterful mixologists using quality spirts from around the world.
It includes classic pours, such as a mojito, bloody Mary, old fashioned and espresso martini, as well as signature libations Alpine Twist and Sweet Dreams.
You can also order off menu or try the venue’s range of champagne and wine – including a collection of Swiss wines.
