NOTICE OFAPPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Yvonne Rickards is applying for a variation of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as Wig & Gown, Spital Street, Dartford. DA1 2DX The variation proposed is as follows:-
1. The addition of 'Films' to the premises licence.

2. Amendment of admission/re-admission condition to remove Thursday and extend to admission/re-admission time to 01:00.

3. Amendment of door staff condition to remove Thursday

4. Amendment of rear garden condition to 22:00 Sunday to Thursday and 23:00 Friday, Saturday, Bank Holidays and Christmas Eve.

5. Amend refuse/recycling condition to between 22:00 and 08:00

A copy of the Application can be inspected at the offices of Dartford Borough Council, Licensing Section, Civic Centre, Home Gardens, Dartford, Kent, DA11DR during normal office hours. This application was lodged with Dartford Borough Council on Thursday 26th April 2019 and any representations must be made in writing to Dartford Borough Council at the above address by Friday 24th May 2019
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount
