Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) (Wyre Forest District - Kidderminster area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2019 [Disabled Persons' Parking Place on Coronation Way, Kidderminster]

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to create a disabled persons' parking place on the following length and side of road in Kidderminster:

Coronation Way (east side) from a point 13.3 metres south of its junction with Doverdale Avenue for a distance of 6.6 metres in a southerly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes. A copy of the draft Order, relevant plan and Statement of Reasons for proposi ng to make the Order may be inspected at Kidderminster Library, Market Street, Kidderminster DY10 1AD and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. Worcestershire CountyCouncil are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting atanytimeon the followinglengthsand sides ofroads in Kidderminster:-:

Conningsby Drive (north side) from its junction with Corbett Road for a distance of 9 metres in a south westerly direction and for a distance of 7.3 metres in an easterly direction. Corbett Road (west side) from its junction with Conningsby Drive for a distance of 25 metres in a northerly direction; (east side) from its junction with Conningsby Drive for a distance of 20 metres in a northerly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which providesfor civil enforcementofcontraventions ofwaitingprohibitionsandrestrictions)and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles.
