APPLICATION FOR DISCHARGE CONSENT

Applications have been made to the Department of Agriculture, Environment & Rural Affairs for consent under the Water (Northern Ireland) Order 1999 to make 3 Discharges of Site Drainage into an Underground Stratum arising from Gas to the West Project sites at, Dungannon AGI site Moy Road, Dungannon, Tullykenneye AGI site, Belfast Road, Brookebrough and Tullybroom AGI site, Ballymagowan Road, Clogher.
