Notice is hereby given that I, Lokugamage R Jathunarachchi, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as R & B Convenience Store, Broom Lane, Ushaw Moor, Durham, DH7 7LQ. A variation is sought to:- Extend the sale by retail of alcohol by one hour to 23:00hrs Monday to Sunday. Update the plan for the layout of the premises. The full application can be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Authority, Annand House, St Johns Road, Meadowfield, Durham.
