LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

I Asher Rashid of Brynhyfryd Road Newport and the Summer BBQ hereby give notice that I am applying to Newport City Council for a Grant of a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 as detailed below:
Summer BBQ Live Music event held on Saturday 10th August at Tredegar Park with licensed activity and public entry from 12:00-22:30. The event capacity is for 1500 people maximum or at any one time. It will feature regulated Live music, artists and DJ sets throughout the day, There will be the regulated sale and consumption of alcohol and food on the premises. Also, there will be a set up day the day before the event (9/08/2019) and then a derig pack up/away day (11/08/2019) with work carried from 9pm-9pm on both these days.
The licensing register can be inspected at the address noted below between the hours of 9am and 4pm Mon to Fri. Anyone wishing to object or make representations must do so in writing by 10th June 2019
