Notice is hereby given that on 16 May 2019, a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow Sheriff Court by agents on behalf Mr Brian Wark, an individual residing at Flat 2B, 160 Pentland Road, Glasgow, G43 2AR for an order to restore Western Heritable Maintenance Company Limited (Company Number SC036357) having their previously registered address at 65 Bath Street, Glasgow, G2 2DE to the Register of Companies, in which petition the Sheriff at Glasgow, by interlocutor dated 17 May 2019, ordained that any persons desiring to object to the Petition lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Glasgow Sheriff Court, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow, G5 9DA within 5 days after such intimation, service or advertisement, of which notice is hereby given.
