At pre-arranged events/functions until 02:00 hours. The provision of recorded music each day between 19:00 and 00:00 hours. On all recognised Bank Holidays, Halloween, Bonfire night, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve and at pre-arranged events/functions until 02:00 hours The premises will be open to the public 24 hours each day. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton YO17 7ZG (www.ryedale.gov.uk) within 28 days of the date of the application shown above (ie by the 17th of June 2019).
