We the International Convention Centre Wales Limited of ICC Wales, Coldra Woods Newport NP18 1HQ hereby give notice that we are applying to Newport City Council for a Grant of a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 as detailed below:

Sale by retail of alcohol, Performance of a play, exhibition of a film, performances of dance, Live Music and Recorded Music (Indoors):
Mon – Sun 00:00 – 00:00
Live and Recorded music outdoors including marquee structures: 07:00hrs until 03:00hrs
Indoor sporting events: Mon – Sun 07:00 – 02:00
Boxing or wrestling entertainments: Mon – Sun 09:00 – 00:30
Late night refreshment: Mon – Sun 23:00 – 05:00
The licensing register can be inspected at the address noted below between the hours of 9am and 4pm Mon to Fri. Anyone wishing to object or make representations must do so in writing by 11 June 2019.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.
