Fokrul Islam is applying to the Licensing Authority of Three Rivers District Council for a new premises licence at Blue Lagoona, Unit 11/12 Station Approach, Watford WD19 7DT If granted it will allow the following licensable activities: Sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises Sunday to Thursday12:00 hours to 24:00 hours.Friday and Saturday12:00 hours to 02:00 hours the following day And late night refreshment Sunday to Thursday 23:00 hours to 24:00 hours. Friday and Saturday 23:00 hours to 02:00 hours the following day.
