The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Right of Way, or major applications and are available to view on our website. Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 07/06/2019 quoting the reference number. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: A) Southwick Road (Part), North Bradley; from its junction with Church Lane to its junction with Bradley Road. B) Bradley Road, Southwick; from its junction with Southwick Road to its junction with Goose Street. C) Goose Street, Southwick; from its junction with Bradley Road to its junction with Wynsome Road. D) Wynsome Street (Part), Southwick; from its junction with Goose Street to its junction with Breach Lane to enable Eurovia to carry out carriageway patching, reconstruction, surface dressing, road markings and associated works. Alternative route: via Wynsome Street(unaffected length) - A361 - A363 - Woodmarsh - Southwick Road (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order which previously came into operation on 18 March 2019 will now recommence on 21 May 2019 for one day. E) Woodrow Road, Melksham and Melksham Without; from its junction with Church Lane to its junction with Lower Woodrow; F) Lower Woodrow, Melksham Without; from its junction with Woodrow Road to its junction with Forest Lane; G) Forest Lane, Melksham Without and Lacock; from its junction with Lower Woodrow to its junction with Bowden Hill to enable Eurovia to carry out carriageway patching, reconstruction, surface dressing, road markings and associated works. Alternative route: via Bowden Hill - A342 - A3102 - Church Lane and vice versa. This Order which previously came into operation on 21 March 2019 will now recommence on 20 May 2019 until 21 May 2019. Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Traffic Management Act 2004 The County of Wiltshire (Northern Wiltshire) (Off Street Parking Places) Order 2018 (Amendment No.1) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004 the effect of which will be to amend The County of Wiltshire (Northern Wiltshire) (Off Street Parking Places) Order 2018 by introducing Digital Mansion Car Park to the Order, operating Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm Permit Holders Only. Deposit copies of the Order and Statement of the Council's Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at the offices of Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge during normal office hours. Details of the proposed scheme may be seen at Corsham Library, Springfield Community Campus, Beechfield Road SN13 9DN between the hours of 9am to 7pm Monday and Friday, 9am to 5pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday until 10 June 2019. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily to all users: Footpath 42 (Part), Melksham; from its junction with Snowberry Lane to its junction with Melksham Relief Road to enable Hallam Land Management and Bloor Homes to build out of East Melksham Development. Alternative route: via Snowberry Lane - Melksham Relief Road and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 10 June 2019 and it is anticipated that the closures will be required for 06 months. The Order will have a maximum duration of six months. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all users: Bridleway 30 (Part) Semington; at the bridleway bridge approximately 415 metres north east from its junction at Littleton Mill Lane and 800 metres west from its junction at Bridleway Seend 13 to enable The condition of the bridge raising health and safety concerns. Alternative routes: An alternative route can be found via Bridleways Seend 13, Melksham Without 45, Seend 17 and Semington 42 and vice versa. The closure will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 20 May 2019 for the full 6 months. The Order will have a maximum duration of six months. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: A) Folly Lane (Part), Lacock; from its junction with Wick Lane for a distance of approximately 200 metres in a south easterly direction to enable Wessex Water to carry out upgrade of storm sewer and manholes. Alternative route: via Wick Lane - Sandpitts Lane - Gastard Lane - Lanes End - Coppershell - Thingley Top - Corsham Road - A350 - Folly Lane (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 10 June 2019 and the closure will be required until 04 August 2019.

This Order will come into operation on 10 June 2019 and the closure will be required between the hours of 07:00 and 17:00 until 28 June 2019. Section 14(1) and Section 14 (7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council has made an Order to: Close temporarily to all traffic: Kingston Road (Part), Bradford On Avon; from its junction with B3107 Silver Street to its junction with Mill Lane. And to temporarily suspend the existing One-Way Order on Mill Lane to facilitate for diversion for traffic. And to temporary implement one way restriction allowing north bound traffic only on Mill Lane to enable Urgent repairs to listed building using scaffolding. Alternative route: via B3107 Silver Street - Mill Lane - Kingston Road (unaffected length) and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 20 May 2019 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 until 23 May 2019. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months.
