Planning applications 2019/0519/FUL and 19/02481/FUL.

Proposed Development From Northacre Renewable Energy Facility at Westbury to Electricity Substation at Rodden Road Frome

Take notice that Northacre Renewable Energy Ltd is applying Mendip District Council and Wiltshire Council for planning permission for: Installation of an underground grid connection.

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representation about these applications should write to Wiltshire Council at County Hall Trowbridge BA14 8JD or Mendip District Council at Cannards Grave Road Shepton Mallett BA4 5BT within21 days of this Notice.

Statement of owners' rights: The grant of planning permission does not affect owners' rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or lease. Statement of agricultural tenants' rights: The grant of planning permission for non-agricultural development may affect agricultural tenants' security of tenure. 'Owner' means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years. 'Tenant' means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
