Miss Sophie McConnell has applied to the Licensing Authority of Wiltshire Council for a variation to a premises licence for Cholderton Rare Breeds Farm, Beacon House, Amesbury Road, Cholderton, SP4 OEW. The details of the variation are as follows:
To vary the plans attached to the premises licence so as to extend the licensed area to cover the farm and vineyards in its entirety and to include a storage area.

To allow live music, recorded music and performance of dance to be held outdoors up to 15 times a year.

To include additional conditions on the premises licence.

It is an offence under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
