Highways Act 1980 Section 119 and 118 Footpaths 3, 4, 5, 7, 8,10 and 16 Lambourne District of Epping Forest
Order are made for the above paths under the Highways Act, 1980. All paths are proposed to be diverted apart from Footpath 3 which is not needed for public use.
Apart length of Footpath 4 Lambourne commencing from grid reference 54830,19710 where it connects to Footpath 5 Lambourne and running in an easterly direction across the field for a total distance of 160 metres to grid reference 54845,19711 will be diverted to a new route commencing at the same above starting point and running in an east south easterly direction along the existing track for adistance of 160 metres to grid reference 54845,19708 then in a northerly direction for a final distance of 28 metres to the above point of termination where it continues unaffected.
Apart length of Footpath 5 commencing from grid reference 54830,19710 and running in a south easterly direction across the field to Patch park Farm for a total distance of 235 metres to grid reference
54843.19691 is proposed to be diverted to a new route starting from grid reference 54845,19708 and running in a southerly direction along the existing hard surface for a total distance of 172 metres to the same above termination point where it continues unaffected. A further length of Footpath 5 Lambourne commencing from grid reference 54834,19664 and running in a south westerly then a southerly direction across the field for a distance of 444 metres to where it connects to Footpath 10 Lambourne is proposed to be diverted to a new route commencing at the same above starting point and running in a generally westerly direction along the field boundary for a distance of 270 metres to grid reference 54807,19662 where it connects to Church Lane.
A further length of Footpath 5 Lambourne commencing from grid reference 54794,19559 and running in a north north easterly direction across the field then in anorth easterly direction through Conduit Wood for adistance of 158 metres to grid reference 54790,19575 where it connects to Bridleway 17 Lambourne is proposed to be diverted to a new route commencing at grid reference 54790,19575 and running in agenerally north easterly direction along the field boundary then through Conduit Wood for adistance of 108 metres to grid reference 54799,19580 where it connects to Bridleway 17 Lambourne.
A part length of Footpath 7 Lambourne commencing from grid reference 54847,19676 in the field and running in a north north westerly direction for a distance of 110 metres through the building at Patch Park to grid reference 54842,19686 where it connects to Footpath 5, is proposed to be diverted to a new route commencing at the same above point and running in anorth westerly direction for adistance of 72 metres to grid reference 54841,19680 where it connects to Footpath 5 Lambourne further south than the current route.
Apart length of Footpath 8 Lambourne commencing from grid reference 54860,19663 where it connects to Footpath 7 and running in a westerly direction across the field for a total distance of 185 metres to grid reference 54841,196764 is proposed to be diverted to a new route commencing at the same above point and running in agenerally south westerly direction following the field boundary for a distance of 150 metres to reference 54851,19653 then continuing in agenerally north westerly direction following the field boundary for a final distance of 162 metres to the same above point of termination where it continues unaffected.
Apart length of Footpath 10 Lambourne commencing from grid reference 54797,19618 east of Church Lane and running in anorth easterly direction across the field for adistance of 200 metres to grid reference 54814,19627 at the north west corner of the woods known as Mutton Corner, is proposed to be diverted to anew route commencing from the same above point and running in asoutherly then an east north easterly direction along an existing track for a distance of 194 metres to grid reference 54811,19614 where it connects to Footpath 5 Lambourne.
Apart length of Footpath 16 Lambourne commencing from grid reference 54796,19549 on the west side of a pond and running in a north northwesterly direction across the field for a distance of 246 metres to grid reference 54790,19575 at the field boundary, is proposed to be diverted to a new route commencing at the same above point and briefly running in a north easterly then an easterly direction along the field boundary for a distance of 66 metres to grid reference 54802,19550 then continuing in a generally northerly direction along the field boundary to the pond then finally in a north easterly direction through Conduit Wood for a final distance of 162 metres to grid reference 54804,19565 where it connects to Bridleway 17 Lambourne..
The entire length of Footpath 3 commencing from grid reference
54686.19692 where it connects to Ongar Road running in a south easterly direction across the properties of several houses and gardens for a total distance of 246 metres to grid reference 54708,19681 where it connects to the highway known as New Farm Drive is proposed to be extinguished as not being needed for public use. A copy of the Orders and the Order maps have been placed in and may be seen free of charge at Epping Forest Council Offices, during normal working hours. Copies are available on request from the County Hall, Chelmsfordatacharge.
Any representations about or objections to an Order may be sent in writing to Laurence Page, Definitive Map Service, Essex County Council, County Hall, A2 Seax House, Market Road, Chelmsford CM1 1QH no later than 13th June, 2019 and should state the grounds on which they are made. Please include an email address with your response. If no such representations or objections areduly made, or if any so made arewithdrawn, Essex County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order.Ifthe Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent together with the Order.

(Lippitts Hill, Waltham Abbey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Lippitts Hill, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, from the junction with Days Farm entrance to the junction with Mott Street for adistance of approximately 834 metres.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 18th May 2019 to the 3rdJune 2019 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting.
The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while works to install anew sewer connection is undertaken. Permits 12000799 and 12000800 will be collaborating. Access for emergency service vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained at all times during the closure.
The Order will come into effect on 18th May 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. Dated: 16th May 2019

(Epping Road, Ongar) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Epping Road, Ongar in the District of Epping Forest, from apoint approximately 165m east of its junction with Hill Crest Road for adistance of approximately 80minaneasterly direction. The closureisscheduled to commence on 2ndJune 2019 for 1day,orwhere stated on avalid permit (EC30034811434 -UKPower Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closureisrequired for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Mount Road, Stewards Green Road, Bower Hill, Station Road, Hemnall Street, Palmers Hill, Thornwood Road, The Plain, Epping Road, High Road, Talbot Roundabout, Blake Hall Road, Greensted Road and vice versa The Order cameinto effect on 9th May 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Stradbroke Grove &Victoria Road, Loughton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Stradbroke Grove, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Palmerston Road for a distance of approximately 40m in a northerly direction.
2. To temporarily close that length of Victoria Road, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Palmerston Road for adistance of approximately 40m in asoutherly direction.
The closures are scheduled to commence on 27th May 2019 for 16 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0071000824619 -Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while gas main replacement works are undertaken by Cadent.
An alternativeroute for Stradbroke Grove is available via The Meadway, Roebuck Lane, Palmerston Road andvice versa.
An alternativeroute for Victoria Road (clockwise)isavailable via Victoria Road, Princes Road,Kings Place, Kings Avenue, Palmerston Road.
An alternative route forVictoria Road (anticlockwise) is available via Palmerston Road, Westbury Lane, Queens Road.
The Order will come into effect on 23rdMay 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
