Notice under Regulation 20 of proposal to submit an environmental statement.

Proposed development at Land North West of Woodstook Road, Witney, Oxfordshire.

Notice is given that 'Taylor Wimpey UK Ltd.', has applied for planning permission to West Oxfordshire District Council, Elmfield, New Yatt Road, Witney, Oxfordshire, OX28 1PB, in respect of an outline application for the erection of up to 200 residential dwellings and associated vehicular, pedestrian and cycle access, related highway works, drainage and landscape works including provision of public open space (Amended)' at 'Land North West of Woodstook Road, Witney, Oxfordshire.

The application was made on 31 October 2014.

It is proposed to submit an environmental statement in respect of the application.

A copy of the application, plans and other documents, and the environmental statement may be inspected at West Oxfordshire District Council, Elmfield, New Yatt Road, Witney, Oxfordshire, OX28 1PB, during all reasonable hours. The documents will be available for inspection until at least 14 June 2019.
