Stuart Blake is applying for the variation of a Premises Licence for 89 High Street, Andover SP10 1ND. The intention to make any
variation to the premises
licence is to:
Add live music and performances of dance to
the licence and extend the sale of alcohol by a further 30
minutes.

It is an offence knowingly or
recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a
fine not exceeding level 5 on
the standard scale.
