The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Right of Way, or major applications and are available to view on our website. Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 06/06/2019 quoting the reference number. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: Footpath 27, Chippenham and Footpaths 34, 42 and 51, Langley Burrell; the complete lengths to enable Archaeological exploration and the safe construction a housing estate and link road. Alternative routes: All alternative routes will be in close proximity of the closure points clearly marked and fenced and maps will be available on site. The closures will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order which was due to expire on 19 May 2019 will now continue in force for a further six months or until completion of works, whichever is the earliest. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all users: a) Byway 41, Enford; from its junction with Byway 40, Enford for a distance of approximately 740 metres in a southerly direction; b) Byway 40 (Part), Enford; from its junction with Byway 46, Enford to its junction with Bridleway 40, Enford; c) Byway 46, Enford; from its junction with Byway 40, Enford to its junction with Byway 45, Enford; d) Byway 45, Enford; from its junction with Byway 46, Enford to its junction with Byway 26, Upavon; e) Byway 26 (Part), Upavon; from its junction with Byway 45, Enford for a distance of approximately 140 metres in a northerly direction; f) Bridleway 19 (Part), Upavon; from its junction with Bridleway 40, Enford for a distance of approximately 190 metres in a northerly direction to enable Filming and use of pyrotechnics. NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF AN ORDER

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 AND WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981

THE WILTSHIRE COUNCIL CHIPPENHAM 1 (PART) DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER 2019

On 1 May 2019 Wiltshire Council confirmed the above order under section 257 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. The effect of the order as confirmed is to divert Footpath Chippenham 1 at Ivyfield Water Treatment Works, Charter Road, Chippenham, at OSGR ST 9178-7277, in a broadly south westerly direction for approximately 60m to OSGR ST 9173-7276, to a new route at OSGR ST 9178-7277, in a broadly south westerly direction for approximately 63m to point B at OSGR ST 9173 7276, having a width of 2m. The order will also have the effect of modifying the Borough of Chippenham Definitive Map and statement dated 1952.

A copy of the order and the order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at Rights of Way and Countryside, Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 8jN from 9am to 5pm on Monday to Friday. Copies of the order and map may be bought there at the price of £5. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to temporarily introduce a 30mph speed restriction on the following length of road: A3102 (Part), Tockenham and Royal Wotton Bassett; from a point approximately 422 metres west of its junction with the Trow Lane to a point approximately 344 metres east of its junction with the Primrose Hill to enable Ringway to carry out kerbing work and associated maintenance works. The speed limit restriction will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This speed limit restriction will come into operation on 10 June 2019 and will be required until 02 July 2019. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months. The effect of the order as confirmed is to divert the public footpath running from OSGR SU 0077 7117 at its junction with Path no.40 Calne, in an easterly direction for approx 346m to OSGR SU 0112 7116 at its junction with Low Lane, having a width of 1m, to a line running from OSGR SU 0077 7117 at its junction with Path no.40 Calne, in a generally easterly direction for approx 490m to OSGR SU 0112 7116, at its junction with Low Lane, having a width of 2m, as shown on the order map and to change the Calne and Chippenham Rural District Council Area Definitive Map and Statement dated 1953 accordingly. On 1st May 2019, Wiltshire Council confirmed as made the above Order made under Section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981. The above order, made on 26th February 2019, will modify the definitive map and statement for the area by deleting from them a length of footpath no 40 (96 metres long) and footpath no 41(150 metres long) at Calstone Wellington and adding a length of footpath no 40 (width 2 metres length 103 metres) slightly west of the existing alignment and a length of footpath no 41 south of the bridge to its junction with bridleway no 89 (width 2 metres length 110 metres). A copy of the Order and the Order Map may be seen free of charge at the Rights of Way
