NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES UCENCE

Notice Is hereby given that Council of Turkish Cyprlot Associations UK have applied to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Enfield for a Premises Licence to permit One day ANNUAL public event for 9,999 capacity, 3rd Turkish Cypriot Cultural Festival This year 11:00 - 20:00 30/06/19, licensable activities a) Plays, e) Live Music, f) Recorded Music g) Performances of Dance & J) Supply of alcohol for the premises Enfield Playing Fields situated at Donkey Lane, Enfield EN1 3PL. within 28 days from the date of this notice. Any person wishing to submit relevant representations concerning this application must give notice in writing to the London Borough of Enfield, Licensing Team, PO Box 57, Civic Centre, Silver Street, Enfield EN1 3XH, or by emailing licensing®

, giving in detail the grounds of the representation no later than: 06/06/2019. The Council will not entertain representations where the writer requests that his identity remains anonymous. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Authorities Sub Committee and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one or mora ol the four Licensing Objectives: the premntlon of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises licence.
