We, Archer & Sellers Catering Company, trading as Bango Kitchen & The Shellfish Pig give notice that we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence Premises Certificate in respect of 11B Merchants Wharf, Commercial Road, Penryn, Cornwall TR10 8AQ

The application is to enable us to serve a small, quality selection of alcohol alongside our food and events within this building. Between the maximum opening hours of 9am and 11 pm 7 days per week.

A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Cornwall Council or email licensing®

not later than 28th May 2019 A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) during normal office hours. Alternatively please telephone 0300 1234 212. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
