Notice is hereby given that We, Greene King Retailing Ltd have applied to Conwy County Borough Council on 9th May 2019 for a variation to a premises licence to use the premises at: The Harbour Hungry Horse, Harbour Hotel, Foryd Road, Kinmel Bay, Rhyl, LL18 5BA.To vary the supply of alcohol by retail to 09:00am daily.To remove the following condition: Children to be allowed in dining area only unless passing from one place to another. To be amended: Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
