PURSUANT to the Trustee Act 1925 NOTICE is given that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of JACQUELINE TAYLOR late of 18 Joseph Street, Darwen, Lancashire, BB3 3HT who died on 13th day of April 2018 and for whom Letters of Administration were provided by the District Probate Registry at Liverpool on 20th day of March 2019 appointing MICHAEL DODD. The Administrators named are required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned solicitors on or before 14th July 2019 after which date the said Administrators will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they then have had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands he then has not had notice.
