Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant

Proposal: residential development comprising houses and flatted development, a retail unit; open space and landscaping; engineering works; development of roads, access and associated works.

Location: site at former gas works Poplin Street, bounded by French Street / Swanston Street and the A728.

Applicant: Keepmoat Homes Ltd

A public meeting will be held at Bridgeton Community Learning Campus, 68 Dale Street, Glasgow, G40 4TL on Tuesday 21st May 2019 between 12.30pm and 7pm.
