(England) Order 2015 Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2010
The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Right of Way, or major applications and are available to view on our website. Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 30/05/2019 quoting the reference number. All views expressed regarding a planning application will be considered and placed on a file, which is open to the public.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: The Causeway (Part), Tisbury; from property known as Overhouse The Causeway for a distance of approximately 20 metres in a north westerly direction to enable Wessex Water to install a new meter. Alternative route: via The Causeway (unaffected length) -High street and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 03 June 2019 and the closure will be required until 05 June 2019. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all users: Footpath 2 (Part), Tidworth; from its junction with Footpath 24 for a distance of approximately 120 metres in a north westerly direction; Footpath 24 (Part), Tidworth; from its junction with A338 Pennings Road to its junction with Footpath 2 to enable Installing a new culvert. Alternative route: via Plassey Road - A338 Pennings Road and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 13 May 2019 and is anticipated to be required for two weeks. The Order will have a maximum duration of six months. Section 16(A) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all vehicular traffic: a) B3086 London Road, Shrewton; from its junction with B3086 High Street to its junction with B3086 Packway; b) B3086 Packway (Part), Shrewton; from its junction with B3086 London Road to its junction with Rollestone Crossroads. These temporary traffic measures are required to safeguard members of the public and participants whilst enabling the Shrewton 10Km Running Race to take place. This Order will come into operation on Sunday 19 May 2019 with the exception of vehicles officially involved in the Race, vehicles being used for ambulance, police or fire brigade purposes, or the purpose of a statutory undertaker in an emergency, or with permission being given by a Police Constable in uniform.
