TENDRING DISTRICT COUNCIL LICENSING ENFORCEMENT POLICY
TAKE NOTICE that Tendring District Council propose that the draft Licensing Enforcement Policy be approved in principle and circulated for consultation purposes and that any representations received be considered at a future meeting of the Licensing and Registration Committee. Representations must be received by 5 June 2019. If no representations are received the Licensing Manager in consultation with the Chair (or vice-chair) of the Committee be authorised to forward the proposed policy to Full Council for its consideration and formal adoption. A full copy of the proposed policy may be inspected on the Councils website at www.tendringdc.gov.uk or by visiting the Licensing Office at 88-90 Pier Avenue, Clacton on Sea, Essex CO15 1TN. Any person wishing to object to the proposed changes should submit details of their objection to the Corporate Director [Operational Services] at the address below to arrive not later than 5 June 2019.
