NOTICE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Hopkinson and Sons Limited, Steam & Moorland Garden Centre, Malton Road, Pickering, YO18 7JW. Application has been made on the 18th of May 2015 for a Premises Licence under the above Act at the above premises as follows:- 1) To provide regulated entertainment and supply of alcohol each day between the hours of 08:00 and 17:00. At pre-arranged events (birthday parties, christenings, weddings etc) each day between 08:00 and 00:00 hours. 2) To provide Late Night refreshments at pre-arranged events each day between the hours of 23:00 and 00:00. 3)To permit the premises to be open to the public each day between 08:00 and 17:00 hours. At pre-arranged events each day between 08:00 and 00:30 hours. A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton, YO17 7ZG (www.ryedale.gov.uk) within 28 days of the date of the application shown above (ie by the 15th of June 2015). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Maximum penalty £5,000.
