Proposed erection of 60 bed care home; up to 150 private accommodation units for residents aged 55 and over; community health centre; community hub; outdoor recreational uses; SUD's; access arrangements; landscaping and associated uses on land at Castleton Farm North Berwick

Notice is hereby given that a pre-planning application community engagement event is to be held on behalf of Goldcrest Communities Ltd in conjunction with Richmond Care Village Holdings Ltd in respect of the above proposed development.
The event will be held in the North Berwick Community Centre, 8 Law Road, North Berwick EH39 4PN on Monday 20th May 2019 from 2pm – 8pm inclusive. The event will be attended by members of the applicants’ planning and development team who will be available to answer questions and provide additional information or clarification as required.
Any persons wishing to make comments on the draft proposals to the prospective applicants prior to the formal submission of the planning application to East Lothian Council may do so by writing directly to PPCA Ltd, 39 Dunipace Crescent, Dunfermline KY12 7LZ or by email to robin@ppca.co.uk
All comments should be submitted to the above noted addresses by Friday 31st May 2019 at the latest.
Please note, comments made to the prospective applicant at this time do not constitute representations to the Planning Authority. A further opportunity to make representations to East Lothian Council will be available following formal submission of the planning application.
