PUBLIC NOTICE Rosalind Mary Booth (Deceased)

Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 Any person having a claim against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the Estate of the above named deceased, late of 31 Aire Valley Drive, Bradley BD20 9HY, who died on 9 December 2017, are required to send particulars thereof in writing to the under mentioned Executors of the deceased’s Will on or before 28 June 2019 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the Estate of the deceased, having regard only to claims and interests of which they shall then have had notice.
