Notice is hereby given that Robert Michael Casson has applied for the grant of a premises licence for Unit 5 Barons Quay, Barons Quay Road, Northwich, Cheshire CW9 5FT under the Licensing Act (2003). The proposed licensable activities will be: Live & recorded music and the retail sale of alcohol on & off the premises. Hours open to the public & hours of operation will be from 11:00 hours until 01:00 hours Sunday to Thursday and from 11:00 until 03:00 Friday & Saturday. A copy of this application is available for inspection Monday to Friday 9am to 4.00pm, except Bank Holidays, at the office of The Licensing Team, Cheshire West and Chester Council, 4 Civic Way, Ellesmere Port, CH65 0BE. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application must do so in writing to the above address no later than 22nd of May 2019. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on conviction for making a false statement is unlimited.
