BROMSGROVE DISTRICT COUNCIL APPOINTMENT OF A HACKNEY CARRIAGE STAND AND

REVOCATION OF APPOINTMENT OF A HACKNEY CARRIAGE STAND

The District Council of Bromsgrove hereby gives notice that it intends to appoint the following stand for Hackney Carriages, under Section 63 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976:

Crown Place, from a point 22 metres south-west of its northern junction with Market Street for a distance of 25 metres in a south-westerly direction.

The District Council of Bromsgrove hereby gives notice that it also intends to revoke the Hackney Carriage Stand located at Market Street, Service Road, Bromsgrove made under Order 2010 (No.1). The said Order was made under Section 63 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976 as follows:

Market Street Service Road, Bromsgrove: East side from a point 17.7 metres south east of its junction with Market Street to a point 23 metres, a distance of 5.3 metres in a southerly direction. From a point 35.8 metres to a point of 40.5 metres, a distance of 4.7 metres in a southerly direction. From a point of 48.5 metres to a point 57.9 metres, a distance of 9.4 metres in a southerly direction. From a point 88.1 metres to a point 73.2 metres, a distance of 5.1 metres in a southerly direction.

Any objection to either of the proposals must be made in writing to the Licensing and Support Services Manager, Bromsgrove District Council, Parkside, Market Street, Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, B61 8DA or emailed to
