Application has been made on the 1st of May 2019 for a Premises Licence under the above Act at the above premises as follows: 1. The supply of alcohol each day between 12:00 and 22:00 hours. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton YO17 7ZG (www.ryedale.gov.uk) within 28 days of the date of the application shown above (ie by the 29th of May 2019). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Maximum penalty unlimited fine.
