Notice is hereby given that John Charles Forrest has applied to Chorley Council for a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as Croston Community Centre. The licensable activities proposed to be carried on or from the premises are set out as follow: Provision of Plays, Provision of Films Provision of Indoor Sporting Events, Provision of Live Music Provision of Recorded Music Provision of Performances of Dance Late Night Refreshment, Supply of Alcohol Hours Premises Open to the Public 08:00 - 01:00 This application can be inspected in person at the below postal addresses (weekdays 09.30 to 16.00 by appointment) or on Chorley Council’s Website at www.chorley.gov.uk. Any representations to the application shall be in writing and should be lodged with the Licensing Authority, PO Box 13, Chorley, PR7 1AR stating the terms of the grounds of the said representation, not later than 25th May 2019 It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.
