Notice is hereby given that Lomond Tooting has applied to Wandsworth Council for a new premises licence at Lomond Tooting, 66 Tooting Broadway Market, 29 Tooting High Street, Tooting, SW17 ORJ for Sale of Alcohol on the following days and times: Tuesday 11am-17.00, Wednesday 11am-17.00, Thursday 11am-24.00, Friday 11am-24.00, Saturday 11 am-24.00, Sunday 11am-17.00. Also Late Night Refreshments on the following days and times: Thursday 23.00-24.00, Friday 23.00-24.00, Saturday 23.00-24.00. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at the offices of Wandsworth Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London, Morden, SM4 5DX between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Information on all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Council's website

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5000.
