Mark Graham has applied to Wandsworth Council for a premises licence at
Sorsl e Morsl, Unit 60-62 Broadway Market, 29 Tooting High Street, Tooting, London SW17 ORJ to provide the following licensable activities:
Proposing retail sale of alcohol for consumption on and off premises, Provision of late night refreshment. . It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5000.
